With a structural height of only 20mm, VarioComp from Variotherm is a new compact floor heating system ideally suited for dry construction and rennovations.

The new Variomodular Pipe is a 5-layer composite pipe with 11.6 mm outer diameter and 1.5 mm pipe wall thickness. It is ideal in its dimensions, minimum pipe friction losses are guaranteed and the pipe is a 100% impermeable to oxygen.

The new Compact Panel is only 18 mm thick. Certified as eco-compatible building material FERMACELL gypsum fibre panel bears the IBO-quality seal issued by the Austrian Institute for Healthy and Ecological Building. With this panel system absolute flexibility is guaranteed.

Installation is simple and fast; the pipe-guiding channels make the installation of the Variomodular Pipe easier than ever before. The new Compact Filling Compound sets new standards in the field of floor heating systems for dry floor construction. It fully embeds and encapsulates the Variomodular pipes guaranteeing optimum heat capacity. It is easily workable: apply Compact Filling Compound, pull off, done. Fast and clean. Due to the short drying time quick floor finishing is possible.
